Looking for Mid - High Diamond Top and Mid laners.

I'm going to be holding tryouts later on this evening and tomorrow. I need top and mid laners.

The requirements:

1. Diamond Rank in SQ (I'm looking for somewhere around D3, but all may apply)
2. Dedicated, Practice AT LEAST 3 times a week. I'll aim for 4.
3. Good personality. I don't care if you have an ego or alpha male complex, just don't tilt every game, flame or be toxic.
4. Voice Comms (Obviously need this)
