I was fourth pick and the two before me waited until the very last min to select champion, and it was suppose to be my turn to pick but the client wouldnt allow me to select anyone... and I got timed out for not selecting a champion, and lost lp.
I just had the same thing happen to me, and it ended my promos also. It simply showed that the other teams player was still making his selection, but it had made the noise it makes when someone finishes their selection. After the timer ran down, it said I had failed to make a selection, but I was never even able to do so.
I'm having this problem, are you using a mac?
