Borderless Windowed Setting Not Saving, Reverting to Windowed

For the last several weeks, every time I've reopened the game, I have to manually reset the setting to go from windowed mode to borderless windowed. It's not too big of a deal, but it's annoying to have to do it every time I reopen league. It does save between games as long as I don't close the client.

I've checked the game.cfg file and know it changes back to windowed mode=1 as soon as I log into the client. However, it doesn't reset if I put it the game in fullscreen mode.

I have several other friends who are having the same issue.
