What the fuck is a blitcrank pull, not a snare, stun, suppress or any displcement that prevents move

Grabbed three champs that each had a dash and it doesn't do shit, not even damage like it's deleted from the game. That just scream shittyass coding all over the place. Thresh and other hookers et al. can stun , suppress, snare, and otherwise fully immobilize AND damage their targets. Riot left blitzcrank out to rust with his crappy q. This should be fixed clarified and apologies should be made for the idotic repair Riot did over the past few seasons to blitz. FOr the love of bots come on.

There's an interaction with certain movement abilities that if a hook lands in the middle of the cast time, it's buffered and the movement ability doesn't stop. Two such abilities are Tristana's Rocket Jump and Ezreal's Arcane Shift. This is true for any CC ability, not just a Blitzcrank Q. Thresh hooks work this way, as do Lux snares, Renekton stuns, Ryze roots, and even Malzahar ults. If you hit any of these or any other CC on an Ezreal who has buffered Arcane Shift properly, he'll be hit with the CC on the other side of the blink (so he's usually safe). Tristana works the same way. Unlike Ezreal, Tristana can be hit mid-leap and be knocked out of her jump, but her jump can be buffered to overwrite stuns.

That pull combined with the knockup usually results in a kill at early levels.

His pull is actually a stun, but only for the duration of the animation from "grab" to "complete pull in", which is .5s. So from the time your Q hits them until you let go, they're stunned.

I mean, if anyone that has a blink, or a part of an ability that makes them unstoppable (Tristana), and they use it correctly, the damage will go through, and they will be cced. But, the cc and the blink animations are approximately the same length, so it seems like they aren't cced when they are
