Riot Please Fix This Bug Were It Says "Error Patching Ur Game"

Just as the title says fix that bug were the play button becomes unclickable and a message pops up saying "Error Patching Ur Game.Check the server stasus here(error 003),after a few seconds the play button becomes clickable again and everything goes back to normal. It is very annoying though ,this message pops up everytime i log in,i finish a game..... Please fix it Riot. i have been suffering from this bug for about 2 weeks
