Alt + Tab Bugsplat in Load Screen

Ever since Patch 6.6, if I alt+tab out of load screen before the champion portraits load, I'm pretty much guaranteed a bug splat. I've been submitting those tickets too.

Additionally, when I click the reconnect button in client, it just takes me to a full black screen and my mouse remains a white arrow, not the gloved finger pointer. Then it says internet connection was lost or whatever error is trending that hour. Sometimes it loads me in after the third or fourth try, other times I have to exit the client completely and log back in before attempting to reconnect.
