Cursor Shrinking!

So, I just got a new alienware 17 r3 laptop

970 geforce gx graphics card

4k graphics card (3700-ish by 2400-2500-ish resolution)

windows 10

After a few games I noticed every game without exception after i would alt+tab my cursor would go from normal size to smaller than a minion.

I've tried changing my game resolution and the computer's to no avail like it was recommended on another post.

The only fix I've found is to quit and re-enter the game.

IDK if this is an issue with windows 10 or league but, i ran diagnostics on my computer for formatting issues and viruses and nothing is out of place.

Want to put this on the bugs page but i feel like they will give me same answer i saw online of change your resolution on your computer to 1920x1080 I have and it didn't work.
