Nid Two Bugs

I just got done playing a game against a Nidalee up top. The problem I have is that this Nid was able to hit me through minions. Now I know that autos can hit me through minions. However her skill spear should not be able to right? So why is it that i have one minion sometimes two minions in front of me and she is able to hit me with the skill spear? I place myself between her character and my character everytime. I think there may be a bug with it. Because sometimes it would happen and other times it would hit the minion. And even if it only happens every so often, that's still a deciding factor when it does hit. In addition, her icon jumps around screen. I had a ward in baron and saw her there. Not a second later and her icon appears in bot. Now I know what most of you will say....was she running teleport? Yes she was but she didn't use it. How do I know? Because she went from baron to bot and then teled up top not 30 seconds later. And no I wasn't lagging because every other character was moving at the normal pace and not jumpy. Only nid was. Please riot investigate these two bugs.
