[GAMEBREAKING] Zed W-E Combo is not always working

This has happened in two recent ranked games today at approx. 8:30 and 10:45 pm EST. I noticed that when I went to W-E the shadows E did not always show it's animation, or register any damage. The ability was also on CD so I know it took the command. Similarly when I did a fast W-E-W combo (switching places with the shadow) the same process occurred. This bug doesn't always happen as stated earlier but it happened on multiple occasions in both matches, enough for it needing to be addressed and looked into by Riot Personnel
