WPCK LF for a Long Term JG & Long Term Coach

Hi guys, i'm WPCK Vevut of the Wolfpack Gaming Corps. I'm the mid laner for WPCK, I also momentarily act as coach and analyst for the team. Our team's solo q's are mostly plat and gold, and as a general rule we look for players with the same solo q's. However exceptions are made for those players who can perform to that level consistently. Anyway our starting jg is almost never on, and we desperately need to find someone to fill his spot when he cant que. So far none of our subs have been performing to our level and we have consistently lost early game mostly due to lack of jg pressure or responsive ganks etc. So for the jg we are looking for an experienced jg who can fit into our team, and synergize well with our culture and how we play. Now, we are looking for a coach because we went from a S3 team that would make 4 out of 5 teams ff at 20, and is easily at least P3 in reality in team ranked, to a team that loses games because of communication issues, and jg issues. We are quite frustrated atm with our poor performance and need someone to step in and help guide us back on our steady track to Plat. This coach would work extensively with me, and our main jg (when he is on) again I don't care about your solo que ranking. I want to hear your LoL experience, responses to certain scenarios, passion for LoL, you need to win me over for your case. Saying you have a Diamond solo que quite literally means absolutely nothing to me if you know jack sh*t about LoL and the team aspect, and are just mechanically skilled in solo que. (Believe it or not I have associated with many Diamonds who are like that, not to discredit them, they're mechanics are insane, but their game knowledge is lackluster) Moving on, the coaches main responsibilities would be directing picks and bans, talking with the team on issues, bringing up problems in game and correcting in game and out of game issues. Lastly you would conduct the post game analysis with myself.

NOTE: THE COACH IS NOT A PAYING JOB, HOWEVER, ONCE WE GET TO PLAT I-II AND ARE IN LAN TOURNEYS CONSISTENTLY WE CAN TALK ABOUT PAY ;)

Hey I would like the chance to be a part of the team. I may be a silver 5 but i rarely solo que and I am a jg/supp main i play vi, nunu,gragas,reksai, and skarner, and as for coaching I enjoy coming up with team comps and evaluating players. At times i may be harsh but hopefully you can learn from the mistakes you made and not make them as often. Really strong emphasis on warding and objective control.

Hi I'm Interested in both jungle and or coaching.

Little bit about me I've been playing league since beta,( long long ago in a galaxy far far away) now that I think about it and played alongside players like trick2g, stonewall, pink ward, and Tekk. (all junglers..minus pink ward but I did learn how to play shaco from him). I've played in ranked teams since s2 Started off part of a sub-team for elemental gaming, (elemental gaming Ice) till i was deemed knowledgeable enough to join the main team (elemental Gaming fire) we participated in a huge number of tournaments including the LRSS last season where we reached semi-finals with me in the background coaching. I'm extremely analytical creating plays, team comps, spreadsheets, as well as running play by play videos with the players on the team.

Favorite role: I love adc but I always find myself doing something else. Current Rank: g4, gave away my other account to a friend, and am using my second oldest as of now. Top 5 champions for jungle: Khazix Pantheon Shyvana Shaco Diana
