Random lag spikes??

I took a break from lol for a few weeks, and I just started playing again this saturday. But ever since I've gotten repeated messages when ever I play lol, saying "attempting to reconnect" every game.... Its always around 1 minute after the game starts.. I've never had this problem before... Anyone else having this problem??
