A couple of Jhin bugs I found. The second one is important.

Whenever Karma is in the game, Jhin's Q will make the sound of Karma's Q when it deals damage.

Rapid Fire Cannon's charge is consumed if you try to attack an enemy unit while reloading. However, it deals no damage.
