[Gameplay] Sion not gaining bonus hp

I was playing Sion in intermediate bots. The passave on the w said "Current Bonus: 0" all game. My first item was a Brawlers glove.

This is my first time experiencing the bug, but I will update as I find out more.

Doesn't seem to happen in normal games.

Maybe the tooltip was just buggy?
