Boards are acting up

At the current moment a friend of mine by the name of "Night Tone" is currently having issues with the Boards. Problems they are experiencing are "They need to be Level 7 or higher to Create a Discussion" even though they are max Level and "Login to Comment" even though they're already logged in. They are unsure what is causing this or how to fix it.

They had tried multiple things such as logging in from different browsers and switching regions.
