Enemy team was unable to remake

I just played a 15 minute ranked game where the enemy jungle disconnected an didn't reconnect. I went into the replay and he didn't buy any items or move, he was connected for the first 2 minutes of the game then disconnected. When 3 minutes rolled around they couldn't remake. Now, I'm happy because I won, but if that was a bug that happened to my team I'd be rightly furious. Fix your system.
