[GAMEPLAY] Rengar Empowered Q visual bug

When casting empowered Q and then leaping from ult/bush while empowered Q is active, Q VFX effect will show up at the beggining of the leap.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get 4 ferocity
2. Go into a bush or use your ult
3. Press empowered Q while in bush/ult
4. Leap on the enemy with the empowered Q active
5. Q visuals will show at the beginning of the leap
