Rune bug

So i was loading into a game, then i saw that my runes were not appearing in the loading screen. https://gyazo.com/99335ca438f8e4430b9510b95ac0a96c Once i get into game i checked the runes tab and all but demolish and overgrowth were invisible. https://gyazo.com/61e9dd7055c13ed4eadb2dc574c23219 Checked the tab menu and apparently it wasn't only me. https://gyazo.com/1f93c73f02427b7fbaaf409ab37825c8 My runes were still working though, just invisible, grasp would still proc but you couldn't see the charge up buff.
