[gameplay] taliyah wall not registering as terrain

vayne and anybody with displacement abilities are able to dash into the wall and are unable to leave until the wall dissipates or the dash again. 1 have taliyah make a wall 2 have anyone dash into the wall 3 they are now stuck inside the wall
