Keybinds and Input file no longer synching since patch.

Ever since patch the input file no longer synchs with the game and I can't change my key binds. I reinstalled the game multiple times and fixes and still doesn't work. I can't play anymore because I cant use my hand placement and id have to learn a new hand placement style. Please fix this.
