"Internet Crashes" despite the computer saying it has perfect internet.

So my internet was functioning properly and even during the crash itself the bars never dropped and no ? or Lightning or anything else popped up on it. This was a ranked game where my champ was specifically chosen to battle Mundo, but I won't be getting in for a stupid amount of time despite my internet being functional. We also lose the game, I lose IP, and I get penalized for AFK. This is ridiculous. Please fix this as soon as possible, and while I am fine with losing the game for this crap, and I accept the IP loss since I only had 45, I don't want the time penalty. item 3070

chances are its your computer or internet lol. Been doing this a long time id try a speed test when said problem are happening and doing a full computer virus scan as well if it continues.

So, still haven't loaded in. If it is my internet then it couldn't be from this side, and if it is my computer... Wtf? It ran almost perfect for the entirety of the last months (excluding the hacking event which I actually confirmed was actually hacking, although I can't really figure out the location of the source).
