Neeko bug

There is this bug with neeko that whenever I use my E sometimes it would go through the enemy champion not even dealing damage. It wouldn't even root. It just goes through like nothing. And her Q sometimes does not bloom again when I hit the enemy champs. Pls fix this bug riot.
