[client] champ select - there was a problem selecting your champ please try again

the champion selection bug in blind wouldnt let me lock in my pick for nami. the lock in button was greyed out. once the timer ran out it popped up that there was an issue and kicked me out of the lobby for idling in champ select even though i made 3 or 4 attempts to select a different champion.

bug took place at 4:15 est in blind on 7/8/17
