League match accepted doesn't work somtimes?

So every here and then after I accept a game it just sits on the match accepted screen for another 20 seconds and then after that it says I declined it, I find this weird, but I can live with that. Somehow I was just stuck on the match accepted screen for about a minute and my friend had said we were in game, now i'm just sitting here waiting because I have a queue timer for a game that I wasn't even in?
