[Gameplay] Error selecting champion

I just dodged a game by letting it remake because I could not select someones second choice of champion. Then they don't swap with me and so I have to let it remake. This has happened to me before and it is extremely frustrating to have to lose a huge chunk of LP for some bug. The boards are also saying there is a bug when I am trying to post on here recently as well.
