[CLIENT] Tristana champion page shows chromas available for rocket girl skin

Tristana doesn't have a chroma pack (soon™?), but her champion page shows that she has chromas available for her rocket girl skin.

Edit: It also shows the chromas in champ select. It doesn't show in team builder though

The current Chromas showed the same before they became activated, but the data was on the live client. It could just be a bug, or they entered data so they could apply a Chroma pack soon :3
