Bugged champion crate
I unlocked level 50 and received an epic champ box. In it was a Starcall ward unlock, which I had unlocked the previous day through a normal crate/key. How is it that it unlocked this twice?

Not entirely sure. There is indeed the possibility of getting duplicates in crafting though.
Since it's a ward, that likely means there's 2 shards in the inventory now right?
File a support ticket. This board is only for formal reports of bugs, detailing steps for reproduction, etc. so you are quite unlikely to receive any help for the issue.
I don't really care about the ward...not something I wanted anyway, but it is definitely a bug.
I didn't get two shards interestingly....just a permanent ward unlock.
