[Bug] All Allied Champions Missing - Apparently I'm All Alone

My game silently crashed on the loading screen and didn't bother to even close. After a few minutes I closed and reopened it, only to load in with no allies visible. Youtube link shows a few minutes of the game after I hastily opened OBS to record. Cut out the rest because I tabbed out and had some work stuff visible a few times. Don't feel like doing lots of edits. :P

After a while I disconnected and reconnected and it appeared to fix the problem. No idea how common of an issue this is.
