[BUG] Zed's passive

So i think this bug doesn't always happen 100% of the time, but if happens really frequently.

So i was playing as , against a , she had almost 50% of her health, we traded but then i realized that after she apparently had 40% and less of her health, that it took me 3 AA's to proc my passive, and it really gets annoying soon when you try to kill someone with your ult, it sometimes doesn't proc making them run away with 1 health spamming in the chat " NAUT EVEN CLOSE BABY" ( i didn't try to kill a ,he's too tanky, i swear !) .

This only applies to champions, but i think maybe once or twice on minions, idk if this happened to others, but it does happen to me.

Maybe you could fix it or make in proc with his E or Q, but still, a fix would be nice !
