League Client Update notifier?

I don't know how it is for windows, but currently the legacy client makes it's icon kinda bounce until you click on it if you receive a message or a game invite now, on the new league client, there's a barely noticable sound and the client does not do the bouncy thing, meaning messages are pretty frequently missed. (i wasn't sure if this is a bug or intended thing or whatever, but idk where else to put this!) Thanks :D
