Undeserving Wait times for Abandoning Que due to glitches

I just wanted to let the support section of this game know the weirdness of the ranked que. I attempted to join a ranked que and one person declined, and the last person never accepted or declined, normally the the que would dissolve and go back to search again, but instead, my league client turned black with a loading screen that had one cancel button on it so i clicked it, still it wasn't responding so i restarted my client after 5 minutes of a black loading screen where my mouse was a spinning clock in the league client. I come back after relogging to find a wait time for abandoning a que, and i also lost some LP for this. its hard enough to get LP in bronze with all the diamond trolls in here but to lose some to a blank loading screen is ... aggravating. Can you guys please refund my LP if not, just fix this problem.
