Disconnecting in the client after log in

What is going on with the client right now? I've talked to some people in game and they say they are having the same issue. I que up for a normal or whatever and every 15-30 seconds I get an error saying I am d/c'ed from PvP.net. It makes no sense because when I do finally get into a match I have no connection issues. Is anyone else experiencing this and if so has it gone away for you?

It is highly annoying as I won't be able to pick a team in Team Builder or even accept when I que up for draft/blind/aram.
