Cannot place Wards nor using Potions while Charging Sion's Decimating Smash

While you charge up your Decimating Smash with Sion, you cannot use Summoner Spells as well as Item actives, But you can use Soul Furnace. place Wards and consume potions, recently I cannot execute the other two (Ward placing and potion consuming). Definitely a bug!
