Red character outlines with no vision

I've had this issue lately where when using battlecast kog'maw if i use my ultimate on someone in fog of war and it reveals them but doesn't hit, they get a red character outline that i can see moving around for a couple of seconds. I've been having this graphical issue for about 2 -3 weeks now so i'm not really sure whats causing it tho.
