DONT PLAY JHIN IN RANKED! (And avoid Xerath to a degree)

I played my placement as Jhin. Jhin's ult is bugged this patch apparently. Whenever I ult in bot side or bot side river(blue to red direction, opposite for red to blue direction), the camera zooms me to midlane. This causes me to lose vision of the map where I am at, and waste my ult. So I, in essence, played my placement match with a champ who has a negative ult, in that whenever you press R, you lose a fight and do 0 dmg. This happened to me 4 times. (Thinking it was a one time thing, and hoping it would work. Fourth time, I made sure that it wasn't at a critical time, so didn't lose much but still hurt).

I did a custom game to confirm what is above. Bug could be even worse, just with preliminary testing. The ult pushes my camera to far away from where I am, or the ults path. So I lose vision of the entire region. It is essentially an enemy root and blind whenever I press R. Friend experimented with xerath, and it isn't as bad, but still happens. This is a game breaking bug. I (and you) should NOT be placed based off of it.
