Ezreal Ult Does No DMG

This has happened to me in 3 separate games. The bug is pretty self explanatory, every so often when ulting either one or more champs it will do absolutely zero damage to anyone, passing right through them as if it never happened. Thinking I might be seeing things, I asked the other players and they confirmed what had happened. I don't have any screen shots but I'm about to play a couple games with Ez while recording and will upload any that I get. As an Ezreal main I beg of you Rito, fix this bug.
