Darius attacking while stunned
Idk if my champion has anything to do with it but playing as Renekton I can stun Darius and he is still able to carry out his new (re-worked?) Q. It doesn't make any sense he shouldn't be able to attack while stunned.

His Q has a casting time. What happened is he pressed Q, you then stunned him, his cast time then ended causing his Q to go off. Working as intended.
Cast animations are not interrupted by CC.
IIRC, this is consistent across every ability in the game and I see no reason why Darius would be an exception.
