ARAM Bugsplat (CLIENT)

I went into an ARAM; the only hiccup was an 'active game not found' message at the beginning. It let me into the lobby as normal, though. Once I was there, I couldn't use RRs (error message below), or change my summoner spells. The entire enemy team had the lightning bolt over their icons, and the game didn't start when the clock ticked down; it just stayed at 'Game Starting Soon!' for about 5 minutes before I force-quit. I was then placed into a low-priority queue. I don't particularly mind the LPQ thing, but I did want to bring this bug up.
