[Sion] Decimating Smash Bush Bug

Was playing ARAM with some friends when we noticed a bug. Enemy team had a Sion.

When Sion was in a bush, seen, and then moved out under fog of war (this is what we assumed was happening), then charged up a Q, it would show us two of his Q's AOE. These were usually right before a fight so I was unable to determine if both Q's were doing damage, but because both Q's were showing up it was really hard to fight him because you couldn't really tell which was actually him until you'd seen it happen a few times.
