So Swain nerfs don't hurt him that much..... I guess

So ummmmm. First off, I have to apologize up front, because i've done nothing but rip into the recent Swain nerfs thinking that it would totally destroy his early game, thus the rest of the game.

I think that, maybe, i overreacted a tad-wee bit. But it's only been one game. I'll have to see with more play testing.

Still against the nerfs, but it's not as bad as i anticipated.
