Xin Zhao's Ult Knockback
Bug has been around for a while... Xin Zhao's ult only sometimes knocks back enemies.

I'm sure you're confusing his passive with a bug, his passive states that marked targets (whoever you're attacking) does not get knocked back by his ult.
Its always knocked back? Thats his ability... He jumps onto a target and whichever target he's attacking doesn't get knocked back but surrounding enemys do.
