Runes Disappearing in Collections Tab [Beta Client]

So I recently tried making a new mastery page for a specific champion & I found that alot of my runes went missing, despite already being used in several other pages

      • Example - - - [Blank Page] has x0 Flat Armor Seals available (as in you don't have any in your inventory to use) where as [Basic Marksman/DPS page] is currently using x9 Flat Armor Seals

I can open the legacy Client & jump back to the beta to solve this, but since the Legacy client won't be around forever, I was wondering if someone could look into this. I also made a report for this during the Alpha Stage of the new client, since then this bug hasn't been as frequent. It's just now starting to appear again & just wanted it to be known that it's still occuring.

My Cd-Glyphs are sometimes there. Can't buy new ones cause the maximum of 9 is reached (even if just 3 are aviable). Have to restart the client several times until they show up.
