if jinx dies with q active, she respawns with it active. I don't think this is true of any other similar ability, singed, ashe's old frost shot... it messes me up man I expect it to be reset to deactivated...

Are you saying that if you die with her rockets on she spawns with her rockets on? Because if that's the case I think that's intentional. I know that is what happened to me the few times I have played Jinx. I'm almost 100% certain that Aatrox has the same thing with his w.
