Social media skin promotion bugs

I've tried to get the Garen skin from Twitter and that failed, so I brought it to "Riot Games Support" and was helped but I was told to post the bug here...

All I did was use my Twitter/Facebook account to get the codes but when I entered them into the Redeem codes section of the shop it said "This code is not valid. Please confirm that you have entered the code correctly" And I double checked the code and it's correct but it always happens.

Edit: I think I found the problem... there's 2 types of codes, CE and NA CE = Oceania NA = North America If you use the NA code in a different region it wont work.. I've been in the wrong areas the entire time. My bad Ex: NA1503BG7H7Z2NRZKP5X7DWAR
