Azir ulti, not hit

So when you go for the azir insect, you hit the dude and he’s behind you not even 2 minions away, and he sidesteps the ult. No flash and he’s in range and the ult doesn’t hit him. Please fix this becuase now your bound to hit your e to get your ulti to hit instead of the actual ult range to work
