Really messed up bug...

I'm sitting in lobby waiting for one of my three teammates to choose their bans as I was not a player who got to select one... yet when he failed to ban in time... I got hit with a dodge... I wasn't partied in soloque and I wasn't even an option to ban a champ... YET SOMEHOW IT SAYS I DODGED FROM NOT BANNING A CHAMP... IN MY SERIES RITO? REALLY?
