The Help tab located below IP and RP Bar

When I clicked the help tab which is located below your IP and RP bar. I felt nostalgic. The theme of the help tab was pretty much like the S2 client :) But hey, when I looked around I noticed in the rune section, it's mentioned that there are three main types of runes.

"Yellow, Red and Blue"

Does that mean the quintessences aren't main? Or is it just that you haven't updated them yet?
