Can't move the camera with my mouse on Mac?

For some reason, sometimes when I load into a game I cannot move the camera with my mouse. As in, nothing happens when I put my mouse on the edge of the screen, yet spacebar will still lock the camera. I have to quit and load back in and it usually is solved but it's very annoying at the cost of my early game and possibly my account!

-It usually happens on the first game of the day or after I haven't played a match on awhile (so much I've taken to loading a custom game before I Q everytime I want to play)

-Sometimes it happens regardless of the time

-I looked up some solutions and none work, pressing f9 or f4 or changing to borderless or whatever

-It has been happening for months now

Just looking for some feedback! or if anyone else is experiencing this problem and found a solution that would be greatly appreciated!
