After beating act 1, I've went on to act 2, and after 5 games of ranked/normals none of the minions that I've killed has been recorded in the bar. It says it takes up to 2 minutes, but it's been days since that first match. Still have no idea.

ElJanitorFrank1 votesDo the first objective first. You can't complete the second objective until you have fully completed the first objective.
Zombiemaster1 votesJust wondering, did you complete the 10 towers in ARAM goal? You need to complete that first before any minion kills are counted towards the second goal.
