Keyboard and Mouse not Registering

Several users have already posted in the Support board about their keyboards and mice not registering once they load into the game. I tried past recommended fixes such as deleting the config file and using the repair tool. Neither option worked. The only thing that "fixed" the issue was running the game as administrator.

This was a very frustrating bug I never experienced before.
