Soraka Q and Sivir E bug ???

Soraka Q ability is still activating off Sivir E Her rejuvenate is still activating even if Sivir blocks it I don't know if this is a bug or just how the abilities work so sorry if I wasted your time

Hey!

Not wasting anyone's time. ^-^ In this case, Sivir shouldn't take damage but the Soraka should get the buffs.
